Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate applies at your next billing cycle.
When are payments charged?
Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of the monthly billing cycle. Usage based fees are collected per minute. At the end of each monthly billing cycle the total will be calculated and billed in arrears. No fees are charged during the trial period.
What payment gateway do you use?
Pergola uses Stripe for processing billing and payments.
